RELEVANT TEAM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Led the Operations Project Management Office (PMO) in the coordination of all pre- and post-closing operational functions, tactical project planning and long-term strategy definition following the acquisition of a mortgage origination company.
  • Conducted a process and functional analysis for the equity operations group of a top-tier broker-dealer. The project included both volume and expense analysis to determine appropriate internal cost allocations and the design of a correspondent clearing offering.
  • Project managed the outsourcing of Investment Operations for the U.S. and European asset management business within a global diversified financial institution, including: financial modeling, operations / IT target operating model development, vendor due diligence, scoring, selection and management, and overall project management.
  • For a global financial institution, implemented the activity-based allocation analysis in conjunction with an operational performance analysis to provide U.S. Equity Operations for this broker dealer with a basis for internal invoicing to multiple equity and derivative trading clients. In addition to activity, process, and expense analysis, the project also yielded trade volume and break analysis to identify expense drivers and process reengineering opportunities. This client used the analysis results to also drive strategic decisions surrounding pending decisions to offer clearing services to third parties.
